Understanding the user
To understand user frustration, needs, and requirements, I considered the intricacies of legal workflows and user needs through a combination of qualitative & quantitative research methods:
Conducted in-depth interviews with 5 lawyers and asked open-ended questions to understand their current diary management practices, pain points, and expectations from a digital solution.
Q- How do you currently keep track of important dates and deadlines related to your legal cases?

Q- Are there any specific challenges you face in staying organized with multiple cases at once?

Q- What features do you believe would make a digital tool helpful and easy for managing your legal work?

Q- How comfortable are you with using technology to streamline your daily tasks as a lawyer?

Learnings
Empathy-Driven Design Journey: Putting myself in the shoes of legal professionals and continuously refining the app based on their feedback was pivotal. It wasn't just about designing an app; it was about understanding and addressing the unique challenges they faced in their daily work.

Innovative Problem-Solving: Tackling integration challenges head-on requires creative thinking and a willingness to push boundaries. It was a journey of learning and growth, where each obstacle became an opportunity to innovate and find new solutions.
